Westpac last to drop rates in busy week

Mortgage Rates

At the end of a very busy week last week in the home loan market, with twelve lenders all making rate cuts, Westpac followed suite and dropped its one and three-year rates.  Its one-year rate was cut by 10 points to 6.15% and its three-year rate was cut by 5 points to 7.70%.

The Professional Advisers Association launched a new guide to help advisers meet educational standards. Read more about it here. The guide will be released at this week's roadshows. Dates here.
