While there have been no rate changes this week (so far) there has been plenty of other news, especially around changing LVRs for property investors. The next OCR announcement is not until August 11, however, yesterday the Reserve Bank took the unusual step of having a mini market update. It looks like another OCR cut is coming. [READ ON]
