!(/pics/gandc4.JPG) Charlie Reid and Gary Burton, the Mortgage Link licencees in Queenstown, have jointly won the New Zealand Mortgage Brokers Association mortgage broker of the year award.
Reid and Burton were regional winners in last year’s awards and won this year’s regional award for the South Island.
Mortgage Link had another winner in Craig Seton, its licencee in Palmerston North who was the central North Island regional winner. Seton also was a regional winner last year.
Other repeat regional winners were Grant McFlinn of Mike Pero Mortgages, for the central Auckland region, and Geoff Bawden of Bawden consulting, for the North Harbour/Northland region.
Other regional winners were Russell Spencer, for the greater Wellington region, Brent Mountfort of Mortgage Works, for the Waikato/Bay of Plenty region and Gavin Lendich and Cherie Matches of Mortgage Planners who jointly won the greater Auckland regional award.
