Morning all. This is probably the final Daily Mortgage Rate newsletter for the year - unless something happens to rates. The trend in recent days is for lenders to remove their specials. Specials are used to drive sales and it seems the position being taken is that they don't expect many deals to be done over the holiday break and lenders maybe light on key staff. However, we reckon now is a good time to be looking at houses as there isn't so much competition.
