The Green Party has not let Labour's failed attempt to pass rental WOF legislation deter them with their Residential Tenancies (Warm, Safe and Secure Rentals) Amendment Bill still in the Parliamentary ballot. But the NZ Property Investors’ Federation says all it will do will increase rental prices rather than concentrate on correcting the main aspect which leads to children becoming sick from their living situations.
