Prior to joining Mortgage Express, Xie was a franchise owner, responsible for the day-to-day running of her business; managing staff training, sales and marketing. She has also worked in a number of high-end administrative positions, including assistant to the general manager in a Strategic Development Department and an assistant to the Chief Executive Team.

She is fluent in English, Mandarin and some Cantonese. Xie provides a full range of mortgage services: home loans, top-up loans, re-financing, re-fixes or re-structured loans.
