She takes over from Jeff Staniland, who is leaving at the end of November to "pursue new challenges."
Pigram says she will be "focusing on new and innovative ways to provide value to Mike Pero Mortgages' customers and to help our 70 or so brokers grow and develop their businesses."
She has 20 years experience in the financial services industry in both Australia and New Zealand where she has experience in senior executive roles in sales and marketing for GE Capital, Halifax Bank of Scotland, Australian Mortgage Securities, and most recently, Property Finance.
"My passion is sales distribution and marketing but I really thrive on beating the competition.

Staniland has been with the company for four years and has overseen a raft of new regional franchisees, the listing of the company and been through three takeovers.
