Mortgage Rates

Quite large increases to fixed rates has been made recently by the Wairarapa Building Society.  WBS has increased its one-year home loan rate by 41 basis points to 6.00%, its two-year rate has gone up by half a percent to 6.75% and its three-year rate increased by 16 basis points to 7.15%.
