HBS and PSIS have followed the trend of cutting two-year rates. HBS has dropped its rate by 11 basis points to 6.59% and PSIS has cut its rate by 10 basis points from 6.70% to 6.60%. PSIS also reduced its one-year rate by five basis points to 6.40%.
