There's not a lot happening at the moment, well no rate changes to report. So instead of news here is a question. We are working on a piece looking at lo-doc lending. Lo-docs were pretty common a few year back but disappeared when the housing market slowed down. They seem to be making a bit of a reappearance again, but in a different form.
