Another cut to home loan rates

PSIS has lowered some of its home loan rates today. Coming down are its one, two, three and four year rates by between five and 15 basis points. The biggest cut was to its two-year rate and the smallest to its three year rate.

The changes improve its competitive position but none of the new rates are the best on offer, rather they are 10 to 20 points higher than the lowest in each term. You can sort and compare rates here
