Two-year cut labelled pre-Election Special

Kiwibank has lowered its two-year Special rate 14 points to 4.65%, calling it a pre-Election special. Its carded rate sits at 5.15%. As you will see here, it's pretty competitive.
Meanwhile, SBS has taken its two-year rates to 4.79% for its Special.
