ASB and Bank Direct hike all fixed rates

ASB and Bank Direct have hiked all their fixed rates, carded and Specials, by between 10 and 30 basis points. Shorter term rates have gone up by the smaller margin and the five-year fixed rate is now over the 6% mark.
