Rates at Christmas

Friday, December 24th 2010, 11:03AM

Two to five-year rates are low compared to the last couple of years, with quite a drop seen in the last twelve months. Floating rates also remain historically low and look to stay that way with an increase in the Official Cash Rate (OCR) not expected until June next year, which is great for all those people wanting to get their debt levels down as quickly as possible.
