Floating rates calm - for now

Economists surveyed by Mortgagerates.co.nz say that floating home loan rates will stay down until early next year (and could even fall further from their current levels). However when these rates start to increase they may rise quite quickly and strongly, going from around the 6% mark to more than 8%. Check and compare what banks are currently offering here.
